lyrics
Misshapen silhouette upon the street
With shadows catching shapes of torment and deceit
It's clear for all to see he's paid the toll
For what we cannot know as from his blackened soul
He turns his face towards the sky and cries
"My faith has gone
This place is a den of lies
And I can't go on!"
And as he tries to turn his bent and broken back
All sense has vanished from his mind
He's frozen and his eyes are turning blind
He starts to stumble and he falls
A final word that no-one will recall
Now lying still without the strength to crawl
The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
It's only four tracks, yes, but it's four tracks of great cosmic psychedelia.

Italian stoner powerhouse Tenebra has the heft of Sabbath and the hooks of Saint Vitus in their powerfully imposing tunes. Bandcamp New & Notable May 8, 2022
OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
